I mainly see clients with older SPMU brows that have become too dark, thick or harsh over time. You may be unhappy with the shape, the colour, or simply the way the pigment has faded.
You may also want the existing pigment removed or lightened before having fresh SPMU or microblading. I will assess your brows and talk you through what is realistically achievable before we start.

Your brows may change colour during removal
SPMU pigment does not always simply fade from dark to nothing. As different pigments break down, warmer colours can become visible. This can include red, orange or yellow tones and is a normal part of the removal process for some brows.

The number of treatments needed varies depending on the pigment, colour, depth and how your brows respond to treatment. I will assess this with you at your consultation.
After removal
Make room for a fresh start
A lot of clients come to me because they want their old SPMU faded or removed before having their brows redone.
Once enough of the old pigment has been removed and the skin has fully healed, you have a much better starting point for your brow artist to create the new shape, colour and style you actually want.
I will always be straight with you about where you are in the removal process and when your brows are ready for that next step. If they need more time, I will tell you. I would rather you wait than rush into having fresh brows over pigment that is still lifting.

Your first appointment is a £25 consultation and patch test. I will assess your brows, look at the existing pigment, talk through what you want to achieve and explain what you can realistically expect during removal, including the colour changes that can happen along the way.
Your first full treatment can then take place at least 48 hours later, once we know your skin has reacted well to the patch test.

There's no set number. It depends on the pigment used, how much pigment is in the skin, how deeply it was implanted and how your body responds to treatment. I'll give you a realistic idea of what to expect after assessing your brows.

Can you remove old or badly done microblading?
Yes. Laser can be used to remove or significantly lighten unwanted, faded, uneven or oversaturated eyebrow SPMU. Whether you want them completely removed or simply lightened before having new brows done, I'll assess them first and talk you through the best approach.

Does eyebrow SPMU removal hurt?
You'll feel the laser, but treatment is very quick because the area being treated is small. Cooling is used to make the treatment more manageable.

Can I have new brows done afterwards?
Yes. Some clients want their old SPMU completely removed, while others only need it lightened enough for their brow artist to create something new. How far we take the removal depends on what you're hoping to achieve.
